Stellar customer service! Dana was my real estate agent for the 6 rental properties that I purchased remotely in the back half of 2023. I needed to get them purchased quickly in connection with the 1031 exchange rules, and Dana was very helpful in getting all of the properties closed in a timely manner. Dana was great to work with and we had fun getting it all done - even with a few hiccups here and there on the sellers' side. I'm looking forward to working with Dana again for my future investments in the St. Louis area.
