We used St Louis Home Inspection Services in August, 2023 for an inspection of our home, prior to selling. Billy Boerner did a thorough job inspecting our home. He was very professional and explained the findings along the way. The report was detailed and easy to understand. It will help us getting the things brought out in the report easy to accomplish. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a home inspection.
Call Nick! He is extremely knowledgeable and also meticulous. You can tell he loves this work. We learned things about our property that we would never have known otherwise because of his attention to detail. He was incredibly easy to do business with as well. Thanks Nick!
Steve was very patient and descriptive when it came to the inspection. This was my very first experience with buying my first home and he was amazing. The report listed everydetail and even highlights things that need to have a second opinion on. 10/10 would recommend St. Louis Home Inspection services again and agian!
