Being new to the home care field, I can say my mind was put at ease after talking with the President of the company about all the various offering they have! The amount of care and hard work that each employee puts into their work is nothing short of excellent! If you are in need of someone to take care of and keep your loved one at home, then this is the company to go with!
'Been using Assistance for at-home services for my wife (age 81 - cancer) and myself (also age 81), under terms of our long term care policy. Very pleased with all of the Care-givers they've furnished and with their admin. folks, as well. Very professional and well-screened/ attitudinally appropriate in all material respects.
We had Assistance Home Care take care of my dad for about 6 weeks while we were looking for a skilled nursing facility for him. My dad enjoyed the company and the caregivers were very kind. I was happy with how helpful and responsive the office was as well. If there was a last minute change in schedules they were always on top of it.I would use them again.
