Before Heather I'd gotten this service before for months but didn't see improvement until her and her timeline recommendation. She knows her stuff, keeps you comfy and distracted from the pinches (or lets you listen music and chill or nap) and I've never had a bad reaction! ?????

I come here regularly for electrolysis and my experience with Heather (in Loft 19) has been amazing. I have been seeing major results so far and it has been a pleasant, judgement-free experience. She always makes her clients feel safe and comfortable. Would highly recommend for anyone considering getting electrolysis.
