Ambassador recently replaced the carpet in several rooms on the first floor of our house with hardwood. Beginning with our sales contact, Clair Pangilinan, through the scheduler, and ending with the installers, Travis, Brian/Bryan, and Anthony, and a final visit upon completion of the installation by Joe Guldner, we could not be more satisfied. Clair won’t waste your time. He clearly explains options and costs. He promptly came to our house to measure the floor areas and provided a bid shortly thereafter. Both John's that work at Ambassador Flooring helped my husband and I SO much! I went in there, and John C. instantly came to my service, pulling samples, letting me take a few home, and then sending me AI generated photos with my living room + the flooring I liked. Everyone was extremely nice, and I would recommend them 100% for any flooring/carpet service you need. The next project we have, we will use them!
We had the pleasure of dealing with John Carpenter, who schooled us on the ins and outs of various flooring options. He was available when needed, but didn’t lurk and make us feel uncomfortable. We had LOTS of questions and if he didn’t have a ready answer, he made sure to find out and get back to us. He was honest, open and fair. A true asset to Ambassador!
