We wanted to share a quick note about how incredibly well, our wood floors from ambassador lasted. We purchased our home in June 2013. Now June 2025 and Looking at them now, the wood floors still look outstanding. Very happy with the craftsmanship and the quality and durability of the hard wood floors. W/five children who grew up up in this home we want to share this experience. The floors, are very easy to maintain and edges of the stairs are intact
We had engineered hardwood floors installed and Gabe was excellent to work with in the sales dept, very knowledgeable and experienced with the flooring. David and Nico did the install and were very professional and courteous in our home. They took the time to explain their work and their craftsmen ship was excellent. Hats off to the delivery team dropping off the flooring and disposing of the trash. I will highly recommend Ambassador Flooring to everyone I know.
Robert and Rylan did a fantastic job with our carpet installation today. When we realized that we had ordered the incorrect pad for our carpet, they helped coordinate a new order , to be dropped off within an hour, at our home so that the installation process could proceed. (Shout to Jim M for assisting with our order, the new pad , and following up on the same.) Efficient , skilled, and conscientious, these guys are true professionals. While Ambassador might cost more than some others, it is well worth it to have experienced union installers working on our home projects.
