I give 5 stars to Dan! He is incredible! He is great at developing rapport with his clients. He listens well. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and it’s important to him to know the why behind his client's issues. He is very experienced and does a great job at educating.
Now the front desk is where I have an issue. Both times I have come in there is only one lady behind two big screens so you can’t even see her when you walk in. Her personality is very stale. Being the first person you interact with I would think it would be important to have a bubbly, animated, upbeat person who is welcoming.
I saw Sigourney for some pain. She was very knowledgeable in her area of expertise. She is phenomenal! She gave easy exercises for me to do at home. She was super friendly, understanding and kind. I'd highly recommend her at this location!
They treated me so well! knew my problem and the treatment and how to proceed. They didn't string me along like another facility has done for the last year. Such a relief to be in good knowledgeable hands!
