, I used to go to Saint Paul one, that was nicer for the space, however this has so many amenities like the cold plunge (I was paying outside more because that was not on the Saint Paul gym, or in many other gyms) and I think is awesome. I’ve been going to classes and they have been great! I love Lisa she does barbell lift class and she has such a great personality. The staff is nice. No complaints. I use to live in Woodbury and came to this location and it was great at the time but moved to lakeville now and came back here to check it out and it was disappointing to see how it was taken care of. The most frustrating thing was how dirty it was, especially in the pool area the floor was disgusting. The staff was nice but this place needs some work.
There is something special about the Life Time in Woodbury. As one of the original locations, it has a classic, established feel that sets it apart from the newer clubs. While the facility is a bit older, it is exceptionally well-maintained and offers a comprehensive range of options that truly cater to everyone—regardless of where you are in your fitness journey.
