I had questions about a medication prescribed and it's application for some skin cancer, called to talk with my care team. They said someone would call back. That was two weeks ago and I still haven't received a call.
I like my dermatologist Dr. Seelhammer. He is very forthcoming on all the information he gives you. And he attacks problems right away.
They were a little slow at getting me in today. Everyone was very apologetic including the doctor.
I’m disappointed with my experience.
I was seen for less than five minutes and did not feel properly diagnosed. My chin rash has not improved, and I was billed $268.61 (to just be told to take doxy for a month and come back). ……despite being told beforehand the visit would cost between $170–$200. Overall, this was a frustrating experience.
