We had a great experience at Benassi Chiropractic. Gina was able to fit my spouse in on very short notice after we had an unplanned urgent care visit for a back injury.I had called about 7 or 8 other places before getting to Benassi Chiropractic and everyone rose was either booked or wouldn’t take a new patient on such short notice. Gina was very accommodating to our short notice and urgent need, respectful, and informative. In other words… awesome!She just gained two new customers and we will be referring her to our family and friends.
It was a Saturday morning. I got out of bed like normal....everything was not normal. I couldn’t stand up. I was stuck at 45 degrees and could hardly walk. After 10+ phone calls to different chiropractors, they all said I couldn’t come in on a Saturday or they don’t take new clients on the weekend or couldn’t adjust me that day, I called Benassi Chiropractic! She asked how fast can You make it in? I didn’t have the phone hung up yet and I was on my way. We laughed together at how much pain I was in, she made sure I was comfortable and called in her massage therapist who had the day off. I was adjusted, magically I could stand!
