They scheduled twice for a service call within a 2 hour window. The first day, I was given 11 - 1, I called at the end of the day and they said they were busy and we would be the last appointment. We rescheduled. The 2nd time I was given 9 - 11. At 1:00, I called and asked if they were coming, and they said they were coming from Newton, would go to Urbandale next, and then they would get to us. Horrible Customer Service - I wouldn't recommend them.
This company has been there in waseca for a very long time. I hardly see anyone coming out or going in anymore. When you call it goes to the voicemail and sometimes calls are not returned
