I’ve been using Vann Heating & Air for a couple of years now, and Pete has handled my seasonal A/C and heating preventative maintenance. This fall, I had Pete come out because my inducer motor wasn’t starting consistently. Pete ran multiple tests and was very honest—he never pushes services you don’t actually need. In the end, I decided to replace the inducer motor, and I haven’t had a single issue with my furnace this winter. I’ll continue using Vann for all of my heating and cooling needs. Pete is a great guy—no pressure, very professional, and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend them.

Pete was very informative, efficient and honest about his diagnosis of our faulty AC unit. He had our unit up and running within 30 minutes (after we were told we needed to immediately replace it from another company.). I would 100% recommend this company and will be using them for our heating/cooling needs moving forward.

I recently had Vann Heating come out and inspect an on going issue I have had with my furnace. I got an honest answer and they were able to fix the issue the same day. Pete was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
