Amazing staff - very patient and answered all of our (very long list of) questions related to our 1 day old. Entire staff was very nice and welcoming to my husband and me. We were very anxious at the start of our visit but left with confidence by the end!

Me and my sister used to come here for our checkups and medial needs when we were children and for me it was a horrible experience. I was taken here for a sore throat issue back in 2014 or 2015 and I was forced to get a throat swab test and I said no and no multiple times but the docs and nurses ignored me and they tried to force the popsicle stick in my mouth but I kicked and screamed like a lunatic and bite the popsicle stick until it snapped then moments later 5 nurses came in and held me tight while one forcefully opens my mouth and gives me the throat swab. Stuff like that should be illegal and I was 10 years old when this happened to me. Im 21 now and make my own choices but that time still haunts me. We all have rights and it’s unfortunate that some folks don’t stand a chance to fight.

First time going but it was such a positive experience, friendly faces from the moment we walked in the door. Such a great bed side manner with kids! My daughter has alot of medical trauma and I could tell even she felt comfortable there.

Love this place! The staff are friendly, Dr. Cook is amazing with my son. They actually care about patients and it shows in the time they take to talk to us and explain answers we don’t understand at first. We never have a long wait in the exam room and I don’t think I have ever even sat down in the waiting room.

Great independent pediatric clinic! We are relatively new to this clinic but we love it so far! Dr. Cook, Candy, Colleen, and all of the nurses have been wonderful with our baby. So happy we found this place :)

Great doctors office! All the staff and physicians are amazing. I take all my kids here. They answer all your questions and give you space to discuss all your concerns. They also get my kids in same day when they are sick. Wonderful experience!

2 kids, son and daughter. We've used Northern Lights from birth until adulthood. My kids (college students) are reluctantly preparing to find regular GP's. They love all the staff at Northern Lights, especially Candy. And all the doctors, of course. They are simply the best.
