In my third week and seeing really good results. Tension in my neck in shoulders and overall function greatly improved. That at home exercises have really helped to loosen up the tight muscles throughout the week
I’ve had a great experience with both physical therapy and chiropractic care at Symmetry. Dr. Becca, Nils, and Nate are all fantastic to work with, and Ousley at the front desk is always friendly and helpful when scheduling appointments. Everyone is professional, caring, and makes you feel welcome. Highly recommend!
