go if you have a broken bone. I had inflammation with overuse pain and got an arthritis cream which don't work. This urgent care is crazy stupid. Had to go to another urgent care to get anti-inflammatory med.

TCO is always friendly, always available, and the place to go when my skeleton starts to give me problems.

I was accidentally struck by a car on my calf
In the parking ramp of the Twin Citiea Orthopedics building. I landed on my hip. Folks wheeled me into the office where staff quickly examined me and took xrays. Nothing was broken, my only injury was hematoma. The immediate care I received was excellent.

I spent less than an hour including time for registration. The provider and stuff were professional and efficient. I felt that I received good care of there.

With no explanation, I was met by a PA, a physician's Assistant, not a doctor. Since then I've seen a doctor and realize that the info I got from the PA was very superficial and delayed my treatment and healing. When I later saw the doctor, she tried to obtain my xrays from TCO but they couldn't be found. Yet I verified later that TCO billed my insurance for my visit, including the xrays.

TCO as an organization is excellent. I had knee replacement surgery performed by Dr. Kelly last week. The whole process was well organized from initial contact with them to setting up surgery and then follow up. I had a complication that they addressed immediately. I had high expectations for the surgery and Dr. Kelly and his team exceeded my expectations. Thanks team Kelly!!!

I cannot speak to the Urgent Care appointments. Dr. Koch for Hand surgery is terrific. But the Hand Therapy clinic has great staff usually very busy clinic and not always able to see you that day unless need to make you a brace to immobilize immediately. Then you may have to wait but they will get you in.

Edit: lowered to one star. Three phone calls, one ROI form completed and I still don't have my results.
Orignal review: The actual MRI and office staff were great the day I went in. Actually getting my results, not so much. Supposedly there is a form patients are supposed to complete at check in (as the patient, owner of the data and person paying for the procedure) to actually get the results when complete. No one asked me if I wanted to complete it when I checked in. When I called several days later asking for the results, was directed to an online ROI form to complete. I did. Two days later, nothing, so called again. Can't find form, no idea how to get me results. This was the first and last time I will use TCO for my care, in contrast, Tria is super easy and helpful. I do not recommend TCO.
