Andrea is the BEST. I would pay hundreds on a massage on vacation but those don't compare to Andrea. I finally told my husband to stop booking me massages on vacation. I now wait till we get home to go to hand and stone. I've been going there for 3 years now and always end up falling asleep with how relaxed I get.
My mom and I got both got the intro facial and we’re both suggested to add on a service while the facial was being performed. My mom didn’t think it was optional and choose the less expensive one but it still was more than we had wanted to pay. The girls were really sweet and did a good job but I came out feeling sticky instead of glowy. We also were asked to tip based on the percentage of the original price of the service and not the discounted price which felt weird. Overall not terrible but wouldn’t be back.
I recently purchased the monthly membership and I love it! The membership pricing is roughly $85/month for a 60 minute facial or massage each month, which is pretty affordable. I have enjoyed all of my interactions with the professionals at hand and stone.
