It would be nice to know what the prices are. This isn't a, if you have to ask you can't afford it thing. It's I would like to know ahead of time what services do I want. I've always gotten good haircuts and most employees are very nice.

We’ve had some rough haircut experiences with our almost 4 year old, and WOW it has been redeemed. Brittney communicated with him clearly and encouragingly, and gave him the best haircut he’s ever had. She exceeded every expectation I had for his back to school haircut, and I would recommend this location for sure!Service: Kids' cuts

Decent haircut for the price but the online check-in needs work. Checked-in with a 115 min wait, waited almost 3 hours to get a text message letting me know the stylist will be ready for me in 15 min. I hurry up and get there within the 15 min window and check-in only to find out I still got 2 people ahead of me with a wait time of 30 to 45 min. I think this defeats the purpose of early check-in if times are not correct even after confirmation.
