Bryan and the rest of the staff at Atwood Mortgage were spectacular. They take the time to build a plan that is best for you as a home buyer and explain the steps along they way. For them it's not just about how much of a loan they can approve, it is about picking a loan that feels comfortable for the buyer. Bryan and his team were quick to respond to questions, clear in spelling out lending terms and options for my situation, and ultimately got me a great package at the best cost. What stood out as well, though, was the lack of spam our application generated. In checking out competitive pricing/options with another lender, we were bombarded with spam.
