I would highly recommend this urgent care facility for the following reasons: no wait time, friendly front office staff, quick in and out experience, professional and courteous nurses and doctors, clean facility, convenient location.
Allina Urgent Care is not the best place to visit weeknights, as they're so often at capacity. That said, the care is good (for a standard American medical facility). The staff I worked with were efficient and compassionate, and I felt reasonably heard and cared for. If you can call ahead to schedule an appointment, it's a good option overall.
We had a good experience today. Wait time was not as long as we had initially thought (we arrived shortly after it opened on a Monday) and our provider was thorough, knowledgeable, and worked with us to find the best solutions. Hats off to NP Kou and the team today!
