I walked into Minnesota School of Martial Arts with my wife almost 3 years ago feeling nervous and out of place… and within minutes Marvin and Melvin made us feel welcome. They introduced themselves, introduced us to everyone else, and the kindness from the whole room was immediate.
That first class hooked me.
Now I’m there 4 days a week training, helping with the kids classes, and honestly MSMA has become a second family. The atmosphere is positive, respectful, and incredibly supportive — whether you’re brand new or a seasoned competitor.

My son has been training here for almost 6 months. He looks forward to class every week. Very well run program, good mix of fun and instruction. The staff are all very good instructors. Highly recommend!

Coaches are awesome! They are growing! Their kids classes are growing insanely, they also have adults classes as well, very good skill for youth to have nowadays. Courses teach skill, discipline, self confidence, respect themselves, respect for other students and adults and their coaches.
