She will work with all ages! You leave her sessions renewed! Check her out for a class and then you will want to sign up for her sessions!
Love yoga with Shaila… what an inspiration. The yoga retreats in Japan and Costa Rica were amazing. Great to go somewhere with a fun group yoga every day!!!! I stretched and relaxed in ways I’ve never experienced before. Shaila has great personality and the knowledge to help every level of yoga. Just do it NOW!
I always learn something new at Shaila's classes, and they are challenging and fun! The students are dedicated, kind and friendly people and it feels like a yoga family to me.
