If there was 0 star, I would choose it. The scheduler gave me incorrect street building number. After walking around for 30 minutes with limping legs, I got a hold of with their office and she said I'm not the 1st one. They should coach those schedulers better.
Came here with time before close and the lobby was completely empty and quiet. I was told as soon as I walked through the door, (not even a hello) "Oh I don't know if they can take you, what do you need to be seen for?" by the receptionist. I approached the desk and said, "Well, I'm here cause of 'this' " (pointing to my lip, which I was pretty much already aware of my diagnosis (Impetigo) and I simply knew I needed a prescription for it. Receptionist said, "Let me go check and see if they can still take you". Me puzzled like, 'Why wouldn't they take me...they haven't even closed yet.'??

I called in order to make an appointment for each of my kids to get an urgent vaccine. They kindly—after a 32 minute intake phone call—scheduled it.
I arrived and they told me the location they sent me to in fact could not perform the service and give the vaccine. I needed to drive to another location in another town and have the kids get bloodwork, then have that analyzed, then they could get the vaccine.
Obviously this is extremely different and if I had been told about the bloodwork in advance, I never would have scheduled with them to begin with. I also have never heard of a policy to require bloodwork in order to get a vaccine.... read full review
