hepathcare providers should never hire people who are unwilling to help trans patients, like Melissa Morton Nussbaum is.
the fact you let healthcare members discriminate against others is disgusting, and you guys should be shut down.

If there was 0 star, I would choose it. The scheduler gave me incorrect street building number. After walking around for 30 minutes with limping legs, I got a hold of with their office and she said I'm not the 1st one. They should coach those schedulers better.

Came here with time before close and the lobby was completely empty and quiet. I was told as soon as I walked through the door, (not even a hello) "Oh I don't know if they can take you, what do you need to be seen for?" by the receptionist. I approached the desk and said, "Well, I'm here cause of 'this' " (pointing to my lip, which I was pretty much already aware of my diagnosis (Impetigo) and I simply knew I needed a prescription for it. Receptionist said, "Let me go check and see if they can still take you". Me puzzled like, 'Why wouldn't they take me...they haven't even closed yet.'?? Another woman and her young son walked in after myself and approached the second receptionist, asking for her son to be seen for a simple strep test. Once the nurse came out to tell me, "You'll have to come back tomorrow, we open up again at 10:00am". I proceeded to ask, "Okay so they don't have enough time to literally give me a prescription for something I know is not a cold sore?" And she just said, "Yeah, the provider will probably prescribe you an ointment for it if you come back in the morning when we're open again, and unfortunately I'll have to turn away the patient behind you as well because we are closing soon". I obviously wasn't going to argue because it's a waste of my time and energy too anyway. But for patients to spend their time and gas in their vehicle/bus transport to drive all the way there and to simply ask for a quick prescription or even a (maybe 30 second?) strep test just to be told, 'We're basically too late to be seen because they are closing even though the door was unlocked and hours are posted until 8:00pm'. Completely ridiculous, unprofessional, and rude. If they are 'closing soon'....then why aren't they having a last call for patients posted on a sign before entering the clinic? Like perhaps, "LAST PATIENT TAKEN AT 7:45PM", or perhaps why don't they change their hours altogether if it's such a burden to take a patient or 2 within the last few minutes of closing? I think it's completely utterly wrong to turn away patients who come for medical care regardless the time they walk through the door. And regardless a certain need for proper medical care. I mean....St.Cloud (I used to live there) Centracare urgent care takes patients up to closing time, and most of the time the staff ends up staying overtime like an hour to hour and a half after closing to help ALL patients regardless the time and symptoms they see walk through clinic doors. If they say 'open', well then they are supposed to be OPEN! ??♀️The staff may not want to stay longer, but they at least abide by their posted hours. Besides, nurses and staff aren't going to necessarily say no to overtime pay. Shouldn't matter that the nurses and staff are 'done' at 'closing time'. They are supposed to be done with shifts when they are finished with patient care (specifically talking about urgent care). Period. Shouldn't matter the time a patient comes in (unless clearly after closed hours). If they are going to turn patients away when their hours are clearly still posted as 'open' then they need to change their hours and the way they take fairness with patients need for care. Very disappointed in M Health Fairview which is such a large medical clinic chain in the twin cities area. Don't think I'll go back to this location. Very disappointed in lack of patient care and support. ????

I called in order to make an appointment for each of my kids to get an urgent vaccine. They kindly—after a 32 minute intake phone call—scheduled it.
I arrived and they told me the location they sent me to in fact could not perform the service and give the vaccine. I needed to drive to another location in another town and have the kids get bloodwork, then have that analyzed, then they could get the vaccine.
Obviously this is extremely different and if I had been told about the bloodwork in advance, I never would have scheduled with them to begin with. I also have never heard of a policy to require bloodwork in order to get a vaccine. What kind of health care organization puts up such big roadblocks to get a vaccine?

Waited 40 minutes to be seen by physician, when I asked if there was still someone coming or if we should be moving somewhere else, the lady got up, came over and said “we have 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 rooms (pointing at all of them) that are all full, someone will get to you but we’re extremely busy” … How would I know that based on no insight or heads up from the other folks working, the empty lobby or the front desk person on their phone?

I have become an Arhms worker and im also a critic. I came in per my doctors office said to go to nearest urgent care. I did. Their was a lady and a gentleman at the desk. The lady was very very rude to me. She kept skipping over me. Then i went to the gentleman who was helping my friend and was waiting to be called to check in and then the lady once again skipped over me and went to the guy behind me. My friend was like she was next and you wouldnt help her. I didnt want to start a fight or a commotion so i stayed with my friend. And the gentleman checked me in..
I had blood leaking from my ear and possibly hurt my ear drum and was swollen down to around my jaw but i guess i wasnt good enough to have been allowed to check in for urgent care for this lady.
I have taken others to this urgent care due to thinking it was nice and professional. Today however i will never refer this place to anyone not even my clients.

Came in to urgent care to get tested for strep throat and I was visibly ill, fever, chills, body aches. Several people were seen before me who had checked in after me. One person was here for STI testing and was called before me - they clearly go by in time rather than urgency. If you are actually sick, you’re better off choosing a different urgent care!!
