This Highland Park location offers excellent public parking accessibility, which I greatly appreciate. I also value the strong sense of safety provided by security and the quick response of staff members to medical needs throughout the building. It’s also a great place to work out because of the many amenities available to members, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mouthwash, shaving cream, razors, Q-tips, and tampons. The facility is exceptionally clean and well maintained.

I had a great visit to Hyland Park Lifetime! The facility is open to the public, parking is free and convenient, and the food options hit the spot — especially the french fries. Everything felt clean and well-maintained, and the energy was positive.

Life Time Highland Park is a nice gym with a clean setup and good equipment. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is good, and it’s a solid place to get a workout in. It also has free parking which is convenient. Overall just a really good gym in the area.

Overall, I enjoy this Lifetime. It has the best instructors, clientele (not an obvious bunch of Trumpies like other Lifetimes in MN), and staff. The classes here are better than other Lifetime locations. The upstairs space is nice and open with plenty of cardio equipment. However, the locker rooms are just... terrible. So small, always full and crowded, no steam room, constant lines for the bathroom stalls and showers. Granted, I go at peak times, but it just doesn't feel as elevated as they portray themselves to be. Add more amenities and expand the locker rooms and this would be 5 stars.

I had a really disappointing experience with Courtney D. I was barely a minute late to my appointment and she had already given my spot away. Life happens — I had just gotten off work at 5 PM and needed a moment to change before coming. It felt very inconsiderate and there was no understanding or flexibility for situations like that. I understand policies exist, but a minute late shouldn’t result in losing your entire appointment. Overall, the interaction felt very dismissive of other people’s schedules and circumstances.
