I think they do good work however I have 3 spots on my siding that have buckled and I asked back in May for it to be fixed….nothing yet. They seem to lack follow through after the fact. We spent - not insurance- over $30,000 on new siding and figured it should not buckle like this. But company seemed to “ pat me on the head” and say “oh we’ll be out to fix it as soon as we can” but I have yet to have them actually do anything and it’s been almost 3 months.

We had storm damage to our garage roof, and Shaun, in Nisswa, was so great. He guided us through the entire process, even showing up to work alongside the insurance adjuster. Both Shaun and the EZ Homes office staff proved to be responsive and excellent communicators. Shaun shared his wealth of knowledge and experience and made us feel comfortable and cared for from beginning to end. The work was done incredibly efficiently by their roofing crew, who did high quality work and cleaned up so well you couldn’t even tell they were here. Other companies said my roof was too old and insurance wouldn't cover it. EZ worked with Ins company and they agreed that it was obviously damaged by hail and covered roof and gutters. Installation was smooth and well done.
