Rochester Family Eye Clinic went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my special needs daughter. To be honest, I knew nothing about them and just googled nearby places. They were not only patient with Palmer, but they didn’t roll their eyes when she would cry. I told them what we needed and they gave amazing suggestions, sized her and will be ordering in special sizes solely for her to be fitted perfectly and then we can order from there. I was so impressed by that! I told her she did not need to order as many as she was going to, but she then proceeded to tell me that she wan to d to make sure we got her the right fit and it’s exactly what we wanted. Great customer service and highly suggest for anyone with toddlers or special needs kids needing glasses. I was defeated the last two days over very common eye clinics and thankfully for “Kelly”, she made things so simple.
