Makenzie is amazing! She makes you feel very comfortable from the beginning. I was so nervous my first time and she could tell, she explained everything in great detail ensuring I understood and was comfortable before beginning. After, she explained important steps and even gave suggestions on what to use for my skin. I keep coming back to see Kenzie because she is just so great and welcoming! Thank you for helping me build my self confidence Kenzie and EWC staff!
Yvette was very friendly and professional for my waxing. She made sure the wax wasn’t too hot and that I was comfortable. As someone new to waxing, I thought I would feel uncomfortable but I wasn’t at all.
