After i took the overnight study and found it to be inconclusive, I then several months later I did the at home study. At bed time I put it on and it didn't turn on. I called the next morning and told them what happened. They told me that it could not be the case because they put new batteries in and tested them every time before they went out and that I did something wrong. One the phone with them I opened the compartment and found one of the batteries was installed backwards. I told her this and asked if I could have it again for the night. Terrible service. I took a home sleep study and tried 4 times to get the results of my study. You have to call (they do not email the study to you). I wasted 2 hours of waiting, left messages twice and still have not received a reply. Plus they do NOT validate parking at the North Memorial Robbinsdale site.

Extremely poor for making appointments, I had a referral from my doctor and it still took several weeks for them to confirm an appointment time. They are horrible about following up. I had to stay after them to get any results. With that said road closures and backed up traffic caused me to be a few minutes late,. 1:30 appointment i was at front desk at 1:41, receptionist offered this. you are more then 10 minutes late you will need to reschedule. I can't comment on the medical care, but there is a old saying, IF THE FISH DIES IT STINKS FROM THE FRONT FIRST. Save your self a lot of time and effort, There is medical staff out there that wants to assist you,. look around....read full review
