This place is a absolute joke they screwed up my surgery and been dealing with it almost three years later dr get there degrees from YouTube and are no help at all just send you home and never do nothing but follow up with your other dr dr lahl and dr Peterson are jokes don't let them touch you with a knife and don't let them direct you in anyway.

I highly recommend the birthing center, nurses, and OB family doctors. They were respectful, good-humored, kind, and honored our birth plan desires while running every treatment by us fully with good explanations. Never felt rushed or pressured into choices. They keep a great bed-side manner and prioritized our health and safe delivery despite being so busy. I especially appreciate the kindness and expertise of Dr Hallberg, Dr Mai, and nurses Adrienne and Lucy.

2 weeks ago it took them 8 days to fill prescription. Pharmacy and nurse never completed the reorder so nothing happened. Today, we had a walkin scheduled at 11:30 and they said its tomorrow. That's incorrect, we verified with the scheduler before we came in. Seems like Fairview can't put one foot in front of the other.

Took my elderly dad to the ER because he had worsening covid symptoms and it wasnt getting better after over a week. Elderly and covid is more obviously more dangerous. We saw Dr Jake tarnowski. Worst Dr i have ever met. He acted like we were ridiculous for coming in!!!!! He talked down to us and was so arrogant! Horrible bedside manner. Zero empathy or concern. He did not care about any questions we had and acted like we were bothering him by just being there. (We were one of the only patients there at this time FYI, extremely slow day). At one point he even asked why did you exactly even come in? Well because he is getting worse and we are worried?! Really sad that anyone can become a Dr now a days. Jake clearly chose the wrong field...

Low level & Inadequate patient care. Pain management for a deep tissue chest injury was severely lacking. Communication was terrible. I felt they only wanted me out of there when I had a potentially very serious injury. Although I saw many empty rooms. They filled out discharge papers while I was in dire pain & very lightheaded with low electrolytes. My hand was seriously swollen & black and blue but no X-ray. My knee felt sprained & I could barely walk on it but no xray. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. It was the worst patient care I’ve ever received. Although my CT showed fractured sternum it was treated like a skinned knee. The first doctor didn’t bother ordering contrast with initial chest Ct so I was given another. Back to back when too many are dangerous.They only wanted to move you through like cattle. Many notes in my file were incorrect. I never had several cocktails prior to my fall. I drink very little & had 1. I never refused to take the potassium tabs, especially since I was very concerned about the low level. And I took them very willingly.

I was only in the ER for 8 hours, yet I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. I don’t remember the doctor’s name but he was excellent. The staff was excellent. And the short visit led directly to a major reduction in my spine pain while I was there, and within days following my visit. Thank you guys for a job well done! Jim Rivas

Communication needs to be improved when there is a 10:20 appt and you don’t get seen by Dr Peterson until 11:30 and no one said a word there was an emergency or anything and mind you Dr Peterson is running this clinic now and trying to see patients and it clearly isn’t working out well for the patient!!!! This is unacceptable to not be informed other then getting in room 20 minutes late and told Dr will be right in and then still waiting for another 50 minutes on top of that!!! I hope no matter what that something can improve in informing patient that something is going on or rescheduling the appt or maybe not see patients if you can’t do both jobs!!! Things happen all the time but don’t let people just sit and not be informed!!!

Unprofessional staff most nurses and doctors were rude had no bed side manner. Dropping stuff and then trying to use it on the patient. Having unqualified employees help with patients using a commode . Lack of empathy and kindness.
