My family has been with Doctor Swan for 30 years now. Doctor Swan is an incredible human being. His ability to stay present, patient, and positive is a true gift to have. He really makes me feel at peace when I am with him. Dr. Swan has a gift to make you feel like you are the most important person/friend at the time you spend with him. I think he feels that way too, by just staying present and true to his beliefs. Thanks Dr. Swan for taking care of me and my family over the years! We truly appreciate all you have done and still do for us. We LOVE YOU!!!!!
All the people who work there are so kind and observant to my health. I have been going there for 20+ years, even before they changed their name and location!
It's also very peaceful and clean in the nice waiting area. No kids screaming, no long wait times either.
The newer phone system is another story ?, but they are working to resolve those issues.
Me: I’m calling to make an appointment for a mammogram.
Voice: A mammogram
Me: yes a mammogram
Voice: when do you want it
Me: next week
Voice: Dr Cohan has openings such and such times
Me; Dr Cohan does not do mammograms
