We were happy to work with Ungerman on the rebuild phase of our water damage project (switching from Paul Davis who were bad). The estimator and project manager from Ungerman did a good job and were responsive, but the contractors that we worked with were a highlight--all skilled folks and nice people. There were a few small timing and communication hiccups that prevent a 5 star review but we have recommended Ungerman to others already and would choose them again.

We had water damage in our basement due to frozen pipes. We called our insurance company and requested help. Ungerman was sent out immediately and they were phenomenal! They were so good at every aspect of the emergency process that we requested they be the company that restores our basement. Again, they were outstanding at every aspect of the process. They follow through on everything and the communication is top notch. We have worked with many companies prior to this and Ungerman is by far the best experience we have had and it isn't even close. We appreciate them so much that we are going to be reaching out to them in the near future to ask for bids on other projects... read full review

I have never been more impressed with a construction company! I have had very bad experiences with others that stressed me out so much with so many issues, but Ungerman has been fantastic and have showed me that there are good construction companies out there.Taylor and Aaron have played vital roles in making sure that communications are met, that everything is being done properly, and that I am happy with the work. I have been included in all conversations along the way, knew When work was being done, knew What work was being done, and when it would be finished by.
