i came in recently to get a color correction on my completely unsaveable and unfixable hair i got done a week ago at another salon, it was streaky, all different colors, had weird lines, and the worst part is it was a blonding transformation so it was very hard to undo.
Amelia completely saved my hair in all ways shape and form, she fixed what i thought was unfixable and completely saved my hair, and she still delivered on the color + style i asked for.
So so so impressed by her and she’s amazing at what she does- literal magic. Will definitely be coming back to her! - Also very very funny and has a great sense of humor and will keep you entertained the whole time!

How easy to gaslight customers and get away with it as a hairstylist and then win and get paid. I specifically said what I DID NOT want to and that's what the stylist ended up doing. If you are not able or qualified to do certain jobs, be HONEST and say it from the beginning instead of trying to experiment. I didn't go as a model to experiment... I went as a client to have a service that I was happily going to pay for and that I obviously ended up paying. Don't put people who don't know how to do the work just to fill the agenda and get more 💴 . It's the body of other people they're dealing with.

Amelia is the BEST. i’ve been going to her for a couple years and i could not recommend her more. she’s honest and real. she’s so professional and will do everything she can to get you to your goals without compromise hair health. she is THAT GIRL!!! every time i think it can’t get better and it always does. she is a master of her craft!

Grade F for Failure on Colorist and Manager. I had not seen Teresa before. I advised I would like Rose Gold and she said with pink. I agreed. She bleached my hair, but she never did a strand test to check how it was lighting. She rinsed out and put toner in. Not really the color I expected, but I thought maybe it would look better on different light. The next few days it was evident she fried my hair. Went to another salon paid 60.00 for condition treatment and hair cut. They said she missed spots and hair was not uniform color. How can you miss hair if it is short. Contacted Teresa we agreed to amount Half. But she was more concerned about herself than my hair. She also said some unprofessional statements. My hair was processed on May 31, we talked on June 7 No Refund. Also left word for Tiffany the manager. She left message so sorry for hair. We can't refund. Salons have liability insurance. DO NOT GO THIS STYLIST or LOCATION. Unless you would like your hair fried or bad customer service. You can't fix fried missed color with more color. I was raised if you do a mistake correct it.
