I want to point out there is a customer service difference between the Maple Grove vs Plymouth locations. Maple Grove is always friendly and helpful, even in the times I've only ran in to only purchase shampoo. The Plymouth location it is noticeably a different vibe. The 3 times I've visited Plymouth I walked away feeling like I was an inconvenience or a disruption to the front desk staff. My first visit was for a massage and the impression was one of "I just want to get this lady done so I can go home". Simonsons (all locations) has always been great, but I am so happy to have now found Jacci at Plymouth! Although we have only had three appointments so far, she is the absolute best!
I have been seeing Alysia for facials pretty sporadically but in the last few months am starting to see her more regularly as my skin matures. She is so wonderful to talk to and gives the most incredible facials! This last time I got the Harvest Orange facial and a mini peel and my skin feels like baby skin! I will absolutely be coming back!
