If you're a parent looking to gift a professional hair color service for your daughters birthday, I would not recommend this place. Her color formulation was done incorrectly TWICE! — it turned out much darker than she requested and darker than I’ve ever seen her hair. What should have been a fun, confidence-boosting birthday experience became a source of stress and disappointment. When we reached out to address the issue, the manager was dismissive and showed no empathy. A partial refund was only offered after a male family member stepped in to escalate the concern. This situation was not handled with the care, professionalism, or accountability we expected.

Both Heidi and Sophie did an amazing job. I felt so pretty :) My eyebrows are absolutely perfect and Sophie does the best blowouts. My hair lasts for days when she's done. Next time I'm planning on trying more skin services:)
