this place was very clean, light and airy. The staff was super friendly and explained very clearly their pricing and what is offered. They sent me a message to say how my pet was doing her first time which was comforting to me. I really liked the place.

I was apprehensive about a grooming appointment for my Senior puppy.
It was overdue after moving into the area a short time ago. We were greeted very nicely and the groomer (Megan) listened to my concerns patiently. My puppy Lexie could not have had a better grooming experience. I highly recommend Pet Suites Plymouth!

They are invested in the dogs. Quick response to questions, very professional and polite staff. No offensive smells, I Did tour the facility, very clean. I like being able to check in with the camera systems.
