The hustle to please is strong within this club. The staff, especially those outside the changing rooms, consistently go above and beyond in delivering exceptional customer service.

This location has by far the best aqua class instructors of any gym I have ever been to. Janice and Shauna are amazing! If you take any of their classes, be ready to get worked!
Chelsea is a wonderful person trainer and listened to my concerns and created an atmosphere for me that I was comfortable in. Would recommend her to anyone reintroducing themselves to the weight room floor.
The facilities are generally pretty nice and broken equipment gets addressed quickly once staff is notified. The staff is typically outstanding.

I had a one on one Personal Training Intro Session with Emma Schueppert. She was outstanding! Can't say enough good things about the hour I spent with her. Thorough, professional, knowledgeable, personable and genuinely interested in my well being. The session was largely conversational, focusing on my general health, nutrition, sleep and exercise. She also had me do squats, lunges, upper body and core exercises to access my strength. I am 70 and just had hip replacement surgery and so had to modify. Emma was very encouraging and I highly recommend her!!!
