We had an excellent experience with Bat Free. As the weather warmed, we could hear the telltale sounds of bats that had wintered over in our attic and walls. This was after hiring another company last year to exclude the bats. Bat Free came out and inspected the house and found several openings that would allow the to enter. They made it so that any bats in the attic could get out, but could not get back in. The problem is solved.
Bat Free provided excellent communications before and during the process. They even came back out and reinspected when we had questions. They pride themselves on excellent customer service and demonstrated that during our experience.
Bat Free provided a quote for the work, which was more than fair, and one that was the final price.
I'm confident that we'll not need their service again on this house, but if we ever need their service, they will be the first company we call. We definitely will recommend them to others that experience issues with bats.

Purchased a home that had there services completed before we owned the home. Would not give me a date of service, would not say if the warranty from previous owner was transferable (said I should go through my realtor to try and get the information…..), and wanted to charge me a “trip charge” of $450.00!!!!!!!! Just to reinspect the work that was done as I had concerns of scratching noises coming from the attic. Pretty bad basic business as to when they can’t even say a date of service on a property that they did the service on!!! Went through a different company needless to say.

I would recommend Dennis to anyone with bats in their homes. He is very knowledgeable and honest about the situation. 3 years ago we had a bat in our living space and he came out same day to remove it and shortly after, bat proof our house. Approximately 1 year later we got a new roof and the bats were back within days. Dennis and his team quickly came back out to bat proof our house again. And now after another construction project for new siding, we contacted Dennis once again to come back out to assess for new bat activity. Through the entire process, Dennis has been extremely transparent and helpful.
