Ashley does a good job of asking what pressure is good for each visit. Sometimes I prefer hard and she does that really well! Other times I like a relaxing massage and prefer the pressure light. She will ask each time how my body feels and what I may need that day. The atmosphere and music is very relaxing and I really enjoyed the oil she uses for pain. Great customer service!
