Kenny was great!!! Got rid of the bald faced hornet nest. We enjoyed her experiences. There was a mishandling of the first call and scheduling. First, suppose to be at our house between 8 am and 10 am. No show. Then it was going to be red ween 12 and 1. No show. Kensey finally came through around 5:00 and got the job done. Overall because she was so great I will give you a 5

Mikey did a great job!! He called before he started & when he finished to be sure I understood. It was very helpful. Not many of the techs have done this & I greatly appreciated the information.
