Called ahead to make sure they were able to repair my broken permanent retainer. After i got there reece herself said she wouldn’t repair it unless i also bought a full set of plastic retainers (~$700). Didn't feel honest or for their word at all, she was super fake, after i declined the plastic retainers she said she would do what I originally came in for? Never got it done due to me not trusting the practice. People are always worried of places like this taking advantage of them. Really sad to see this place is a example why.

My daughter has been on a 3+ year journey with her braces and teeth straightening process. Various factors with her mouth development required a multi stage approach to get to the finish line. Dr. Reese and the professional staff at Reese Orthodontics have been very informative and encouraging along the way. Not always easy for a teen who has to endure the process, but the end result is well worth it for many years to come! I Highly recommend the services of Reese Orthodontics for your consideration!

We were fortunate to see Dr. Reese in WI, filling in as a temporary.... I wish we have her all along from day one! Truly easy to talk to and genuinely cared that we were informed and happy.

It was right in the middle of the Pandemic and Dr. Reese saw my son. We waited only two minutes, because we were early. The front desk people were very polite and professional. Dr. Reese did all the necessary examinations to provide the best option.Dr. Reese recommended three options but also sent me an Oral and Maxillofacial. Dr. Reese was in continuous communication with the oral surgeon and finally, she came up with the best plan/procedure. I was absolutely IMPRESSED!Braces were put on and we were going every 6-8 weeks, meeting new technicians. All of them were polite, professional and sometimes funny. My son recognized everyone’s name and everyone in Dr. Reese’s office knows my son’s name and mine.I wasn’t expecting a 100% fix, due to the complexity but Dr. Reese made it 125%.After almost 3 years, my son has the best smile and isn’t shy showing off.I highly recommend Dr. ReeseMr. Addow
