I cannot recommend this dealer highly enough! I have worked with this outfit for both rental and purchase situations and my every time, they deliver a superb, reasonably priced product with excellent customer service. They are very attuned to tailoring any rental or purchase to the needs of the customer.
We had an amazing experience working with Allen Organs, especially with Mr. Jim Benson. After our church organ in Turtle Lake, Wisconsin sustained major damage from a lightning strike, they helped us not only repair the damage but truly made our organ sound even better than ever! They were very helpful with providing guidance as we worked with Church Mutual Insurance Company to file a claim, and Mr. Benson went above and beyond to keep me as the pastor up-to-date and informed during the entire repair process.
