Matt came to exterminate bees that took up residence in our siding. He was very professional. I also asked if he could find the hole where a mouse got in and he located it and plugged it within 5 minutes. He was very pleasant and didn’t try to up sell me on anything. Technician Matt was just out to my home for my annual rodent preventative maintenance (filling bait stations, setting traps, checking perimeter for entry points, etc.) - this is the second year in a row he's been out, and not only does he do a great job, quickly and professionally (that resulted in NO visible evidence of rodents last fall/winter) he's just an incredibly lovely person - personable, polite, funny and made a best friend in my dog.
