I lived 90 miles away and had a narrow timeline to get job done. He repaired rough looking 100 year old maple floor in entryway, sanded, applied 3 coats as well as redoing 2 more maple floors and finished in less than 20 hours. Brandon made my downtrodden 100 year old floors pop again. He was able to work with our contractors to alleviate concerns of not sticking to our already behind timeline. Brandon went above and beyond to get our floors done in less than ideal circumstances. With an 8 month pregnant wife ready to get back in the house, he may have saved the marriage.
