With having back issues, pinch nerve and sciatica issues she get those aggravated muscles to loosen up and relax. She always checks with me to make sure it's not to hard or to light. Definitely the best price in town for what she does. I leave feeling so much better. Helen is an amazing massage therapist!

My mother and I had an amazing experience here. The best massages we both had in the Fargo/Moorhead area! It was affordable and worth every penny and more! The lady listened to issues and targeted every single one of them. She took her time and actually massaged over our scheduled hour..unlike other places that cut the massage sessions early. We already scheduled our next appointment.. she gained two loyal customers
