SHJ was true to their bid. They installed 12x24 tiles in a bathroom and hallway, and 36x36 tiles in a sunroom. My floors were a challenge due to sloping and waviness and angles being different from what they should. SHJ figured it out, communicated the options, and made it beautiful.
I was very impressed with Dean and Jake's work on tiling our shower. Dean really went above and beyond at every turn to make sure that the new tile worked in seamlessly. We have an older home that is a challenge to work with. I had done the demo myself and was not able to save all of the vintage wood trim work. Dean spent considerable time and effort sourcing pieces to use at no extra charge. He was very respectful not only of my home but my opinions and budget. We will definitely be using Dean and Jake again in the future!
Dean provided outstanding service replacing the grout in my walk-in shower. He is professional, punctual, and delivers high-quality results at a reasonable price point. A fantastic experience overall—I highly recommend this company.
