Love Tess, the aesthetician. She is friendly, as everyone is, and the space is bright, yet calming. I enjoy talking with her, and being greeted by the front desk with my nickname and a smile. They even help me out in any way now that I am disabled. Very pleasant salon.
Had a root touch up and haircut with Abbie Anderson yesterday, and was very happy with her work! I will definitely be back on a monthly basis! Abbie was very thorough and diligent! Appreciate her attention to detail and pleasant conversation! Atmosphere in the salon is nice and friendly too! Overall great experience!
This place is amazing!! I came in without an appointment asking if there was anything that they thought they could do to help with a terrible haircut I had done at Kalla Lilly Salon in Maple Grove. Not only were they extremely empathetic to the situation, they squeezed me in immediately to help trim my hair so that it could grow out nicely. Anne did so good helping blend and trim my hair and I am so grateful for her and my experience at this salon!!!
