It was very hard to be heard and seen at this place. The office is mostly Somalian and I feel like if your not Somalian they are not interested in helping you. I noticed while I was there waiting they turned away a white lady and a black man and if you are not Somalian they make you wait a long time to be seen. I had to come for a visit twice for a simple issue. Then I did tests and in order to get the test results they consider it a virtual visit, obviously just to charge more money. A lab assistant/nurse should be able to give me the results. Also I did schedule an appointment to get the results and someone verified my email address and phone number and the doctor never called on the day the appointment was scheduled. I called the office later that day and was put on hold for 17 minutes and no one ever picked up the phone. Then out of no where the next day called to say the doctor would call at some point that day but I was at work and could not do it but they would not give me the results. So I could have something seriously wrong with me but they will not give me my results!!

Dr. Abdullahi is the best doctor in town. The clinic has a very clean environment, and the front desk staff are professional and welcoming. They listen carefully to your concerns and make you feel respected and comfortable. Dr. Abdullahi is knowledgeable, compassionate, and provides excellent care. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Abdullahi is my sister’s primary care doctor and provided excellent care during her visits and throughout her pregnancy. He is professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate with his patients. I have heard many positive comments about him from his patients. My cousin even drove all the way from St. Cloud to see him because he is one of the best pulmonologists in town. My family and I truly appreciate the care and support he provided.

left this place at 10:45 am with a promise that i’d get a call *no later than* 11:45 am. i called multiple times asking if my results were ready and they said yes and that someone would be calling me shortly. they ended up just sending my prescription to the pharmacy with no follow up call so i went and picked it up, came home, and went to sleep. they finally decided to call me at 4:45 pm and 5 pm but by that point i was asleep after taking my meds because i was sick and felt physically terrible. pretty bad customer service and its in a seedy part of town. i got sexually harassed multiple times waiting for my uber after my appointment so just go somewhere else

Very grateful for Natalie. Instantly upon meeting she made sure to welcome us with kindness and empathy, while also going out of her way to understand the issues being faced. She quickly eased any worries that may have been had with a bright smile, patience, and kindness. This helped create an environment of trust and safety. The direct care we received afterwards from PA Alyssa was also very kind and attentive. She made sure to address all concerns as well as the best route of care. These ladies truly are amazing and impacted our Urgent Care experience in the most positive way.

Got here and NO ONE would help. No one answered phone. No one answered door. Staff stood inside and just looked at us. Had a sick baby, went to their Urgent Care. ZERO help.

TruCare Clinic and Urgent Care is the best place that I visited in a long time, Dr Abdullahi was great and willing to help me and Diagnose my issues, he asked me lots of questions and he was listening and answering my questions with great professional way. I recommend Dr Abdillahi all my friends and family. His staff were also very knowledgeable and helpful and willing to answered any questions that I may have. Hussein Mohamed
