My son has been growing out his hair this summer to have the look a lot of teen boys currently have. He went in to have the sides cleaned up. My husband specifically instructed that nothing be taken off the top and even provided a photo of the look my son was trying to achieve. My son's bangs used to touch his eyebrows, and now it looks like he has the haircut Jim Carrey had in Dumb and Dumber. This is the worst haircut he has ever had.

I was here about a year ago, can’t remember who cut my hair, it was a peculiar named individual. Anyways, my experience at the time was horrendous, went elsewhere to fix what they had done. I visited other locations around the Minneapolis area instead for future cuts.
This time however, my cut was remarkable. Joe took great care for my hair and my beard. I enjoy meditating and relaxing with my eyes closed, not making conversation during my hair cuts. It’s calming and soothing. Joe respected my silence and only asked me pertinent questions.
During this visit on Friday August 8th around the hours of 1pm-130pm there was a what I assumed was a newer hire to the store. She shadowed Joe during my beard trim, Joe provided excellent advice when trimming a beard and lining it up. Joe provided insight and told her to ask certain questions when it came to beard trimming. I never really thought questions like that had mattered before but it made a huge difference in my perspective of what I want for the future.
My visit today turned a 1 star review a long time ago to a 5 star review and a return customer.

Walked in to get a haircut using a corporate coupon (not specific to any SC) and pay for a beard trim. I was told they didn’t accept the coupon and not in a congenial manner. There is nice Salon a few stores away that was extremely busy while this SC had 1 customer (and 2 barbers lol). I see why.

Today, egg cut my hair and it was so well done and all of the staff are super friendly and they all have good communication and I also got the MVP experience which I recommend. I also highly recommend the barber egg .

I had my hair cut and beard trimmed by Alexis. She was great. I was unsure what length and everything I exactly what but she did her thing and it’s looks great. Always nervous about a beard trim. She was great. Didn’t do too much and I got compliments at the game over the weekend after. Great work and experience. Very personable

Such great service and an excellent cut every time. We brought my elderly uncle for a much needed haircut. Nick was attentive, compassionate and my uncle left looking great!

Don't go to Simon. They clearly are out of their depth. Hair butchered and beard mangled. It's very apparent that this location has a zero wait when everywhere else is busy. If you are not comfortable giving a beard trim, don't attempt it. Just say that and let someone more experienced tackle it. Once this person knew they screwed up they instantly gave up on the rest of the cut and hurried through the MVP. Still charged full price though.

The customer service was beyond excellent! The facilities are clean. The hot face towel and shoulder massage are definitely worth the few extra bucks! Highly recommend!
