Never use. Lies of why we closed late. Pointing the finger at the title company for not giving answers, when all along it was Eleven Mortgage, who they are brokering it to, who delayed. Closing took 4 hours for a review of documents for financial dispersement. This only takes a max of 15 minutes. You can loose a house deal, as the sellers have the right to cancel if funds are not sent. Don't say anything because they'll send an empty letter from their female lawyer.
