East Lake Aikido has opened my mind to the possibility that I can be strong! Galen is a thoughtful leader. The classes are full of joy and intentional hard work. The children’s classes are fun and focused. This dojo has found the magical sweet spot of youthful energy and spiritual focus.

My family started up with East Lake Aikido a month ago. The atmosphere that Galen and Hannah provide is warm yet focused. I appreciate getting to know the traditions of a Aikido while at the same time having fun with my my family. I'm already seeing boosts in confidence for my son and I haven't sweat this much in quite a long time.
