I had my first experience with craniosacral therapy and energy healing today with Helen Buron. I have been in Helen's breathwork classes so already knew I loved her style and appreciated her gift for this work. Today's session was one of the most relaxing experiences I've had. Helen provided space after the session to reflect on the experience and she shared some things for me to take-away. I see this as a healing modality during a time where I'm navigating some perimenopausal shifts and, like so many, protecting my nervous system from the external world that is on fire right now. Sarah L. Is nothing short of a miracle worker ?. She is excellent at deep tissue massage and cupping. I highly recommend. I was referred to her by a friend and now one of my other friends goes to her as well on my recommendation. Sarah is a delightful person with great wisdom and patience and kindness.
